Sometimes the biggest failure turns out to be the biggest success. The design aim of the Tom Dixon Mirror Ball Stand Chandelier floor lamp was to produce a completely spherical, highly mirrored light object that would disappear into its surroundings. Instead it does the opposite and is an ultravisible, highly reflective object referencing space helmets and disco balls.
The Mirror Ball Stand Chandelier floor lamp by Tom Dixon is made from steel and polycarbonate. The shades are vacuum metallised.
