Inspired by the designs of traditional Chinese paper lanterns, the appropriately named LANTERN GLOBE table lamp from New Works finds its way to us. The lamp comes with a steel base, which holds the rippled glass globe, creating a minimalistic but also artistic form. With the uniquely shaped lampshade, the light is being reflected and broken in a similarly unique way. The simple design lets the lamp fit into any kind of room and setting, it can also be used as a floor lamp instead.
The lamp combines a black powder coated steel base with a shade in frosted opal glass.
