Menu Carrie LED Table Lamp | Leather
The dimmable Carrie LED battery table light by danish design brand Menu is charged via USB. Small, lightweight and easy to carry, it provides light for up to 10 hours. Take Carrie wherever you like—it does not need a power outlet to shine a light.
In Denmark, where winters are long and cold, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere is a way of life. There is even a word for it – hygge – which also explains their obsession with candles. 'Hygge' is a part of Danish culture and embodies cosiness, comfortable conviviality and a feeling of contentment. Carrie was designed with the desire to honour this heritage, as well as the eagerness to create a lightweight, portable lamp which can be easily used as a bedside lamp, as a desk lamp or as an alternative to candles on the dining table. Its size also makes it perfect for picnicking in the park, festival-going or moonlit walks on the beach.
The Carrie LED table lamp by Menu has a mouthblown opal glass shade. The base and handle are made of anodized aluminum. The screws are hand milled. The handle can be removed for an even more minimalist look. A USB charging cable is included.
The lamp is suited for indoor and outdoor use - but you should protect it from water!
