DCW Lamp Gras N°304 L60 Wall Lamp
In 1921, Bernard Albin Grass designed a series of lamps for the use in offices and in industrial environments. The Gras-lamp, as it was subesequently called, was astounding in its simle, robust and very ergonomic design, there are neither screws nor welded joints in the basic from. Early on Le Corbusier was seduced bye the modern design and user-friendliness of the lamps and became one of Bernard-Albin Grass most enthusiastic supporters using the lamps in his own offices.
The DCW Lampe Gras N°304 L60 Wall Lamp is made of steel and lacquered in black. The shades are available in ten colours: black, white, chrome, blue, red, yellow, frosted glass, brass, copper, raw copper, black with copper inside, white with copper inside, copper with white inside and raw copper with white inside.

This version does not come with a cable nor a switch on the base - it has a direct wall mounting. Please be aware that the shades made of raw copper and brass are developing a natural decorative patina over time.
