Cassina Tulu Chair
The TULU chair is a design by Kazuhide Takahama from 1968. In 2014, the minimalist chair was reissued by Cassina, completely revised and further improved by reinforcing the seat with a thermoformed seat and backrest with elastic straps, while the upholstered cover was fitted with a zip that allows the upholstery to be removed. Light, elegant and comfortable, the stackable chair remains to this day a typical example of the innovative design approach taken by the Japanese architect in the late 1960s.
The sled shaped base of the stackable Cassina TULU upholstered chair is made of matt white lacquered metal rods. The covers are made of fabric.
