Group:	Eames Plastic Side Chair is a contemporary version of the legendary Fiberglass Chair. It was produced in collaboration with Zenith Plastics for the Museum of Modern Art in New York's Low-Cost Furniture Design Competition and was the first industrially manufactured plastic chair. Details:	Seat shell made of solid-coloured polypropylene. Special additives in the seat pan slow colour fading due to UV radiation. However, leaving the chair to be exposed to the sun for an extended period of time can result in changes in the colour. We recommend that the chair not be left in the sun longer than necessary.
Base:	With non-stackable four-leg wire base with cross struts. With glides for soft or hard flooring.
